We’re celebrating #WomensHistoryMonth and the incredible women we work with. For Azania A.—VP, Michelob ULTRA—the best part about working at #AnheuserBusch is “Being surrounded by incredibly passionate and smart people who fight every day to make our business better.”

Her female colleagues play a crucial role: “There are more [women in beer] than people think and we will be critical to helping to elevate the category and writing the next chapter of growth in beer (at Anheuser-Busch and beyond).”

To find a career that will inspire you as brewing has inspired Azania, she suggests focusing on “who” rather than “what”: “Always choose a manager/leader and not a job description.”
