I’d like to thank Budweiser for raising a Toast to me for trying to get us all eating less meat and more plant.
It’s EARTH DAY … Whatever it means to you, it is a chance to reflect on what needs to be done and what we are actually doing today to help the planet.
For me its teaching you at home how to cook a more substantial diet.
For Budweiser, they have switched to using 100% renewable electricity in their brewing process.
We’re moving in the right direction.

That’s me 🙋🏻‍♀️ right after I got married 💖
The night before my wedding day I slept around 1:30am and woke up at 3:30 am in the morning 😴 3 days and nights full of rituals and traditions 🤩😇
Just 2 hours of sleep and so much around 🤷🏻‍♀️
Brides look the HAPPIEST on their D day but are too TIRED and NEED sleep ofcourse 😴😴
